Inbound Call Handler

Located in the outskirts of Maidstone, our client is looking for motivated, target driven candidates, who are happy to work to the following shift pattern: 37.5 hours a week on a rota basis (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or 12pm-8pm plus one weekend day every three weeks on average).

Due to the location of the office, you will need to drive.

The Role: You will be providing customers with price comparisons over the telephone, and switching them to new suppliers where appropriate. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service at all times.

Successful candidates will: Have 6 months experience within a sales or customer service environment - Have good communication skills (written and spoken) - Be able to build rapport and trust with clients - Have the ability to comprehend complex technical information and explain it to customers in a clear and concise manner
