1st Step Solutions are Recruiting for one of the fastest growing and innovative insurance companies in the UK.

This is a challenging role that requires individuals who are are able to work under significant pressure. You will need to have a sympathetic and empathetic approach to the customer while at the same time defending a company stance on an appropriate outcome.

Within this position you will be taking calls of a medical nature, though no medical background is required, you must be able to deal with calls that some may find upsetting. This does however, come with an element of reward being able to provide care and compassionate support to family members of patients or relatives.

This is a heavily customer service led role and will require individuals with experience within either a challenging customer service environment, call centre or telephone based role. This is an essential requirement and without this background, candidates need not apply.

Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work shifts that will include weekends and bank holidays and you must be able to commit to these throughout the year unless on annual leave.

The shifts work as follows:

4 days on 4 days off
12 hour shifts
07:00 - 19:00
08:00 - 20:00
09:00 - 21:00
